We have been really pleased with how we can push to market more dynamic messaging and ability to inform customers of more great proof-points. We have only scratched the surface on functionality so more value to be generated as a result of this roll-out.
TenFour has been a long standing supplier of DDB and their knowledge of our environment made the new office move that much easier. TenFour was able to re-purpose a lot of the existing core AV equipment in our new space, even taking the time & effort to repaint speakers. They were unfazed by any request and managed the brief from initial meeting through to completion. The installation was fast & efficient and the overall result is a an easy-to-use AV solution that enables our Staff & Guests to present.
TenFour produced the clearest and most complete tender response, meeting all the requirements and offering creative suggestions to improve the design, including integration with existing AV systems such as video conferencing and digital signage. In execution, they brought a professional and straightforward approach to the installation and a tangible enthusiasm for doing the best possible job.
TenFour provided all the sound and vision solutions for the new Integrated Operations Centre. This is a large, open office space. The multi-video conferencing system was set up consisting of wall mounted cameras, commercial amplifier, ceiling mics and wireless boundary mics for continuous Skype connections between New Plymouth Office staff and various operated site assets. The quality of equipment and timely installation has undoubtedly met the business needs, this was complemented by the TenFour team’s friendly and professional approach throughout the project.
Been using TenFour’s digital signage now for over five years. I initially introduced it when I was working at Hutt City Council – the screens provided us with a unique media channel for promoting events, swimming pool notifications, videos and many other instances.
Now that I work at New Zealand Customs it’s been a great channel for keeping our Customs officers up to date with what’s happening internally and also another outlet for advising our services to our customers. The content is managed by my Channels team and is a mixture of images and video content. TenFour and the Onelan software has provided us with an easy solution which helps us promote what we do to our internal and external stakeholders
