About the role

We are a Crestron Elite Partner and the only Polycom Platinum Partner and certified service provider in New Zealand. We are 100% Kiwi-owned with operations located throughout the country. Our team of AV designers, programmers, and integrators work at the forefront of technology to deliver solutions. Installation spaces include auditoriums and theatres, break out areas/huddle spaces, conference rooms, control rooms, lecture halls, meeting and boardrooms, and training rooms across a wide variety of industries.  

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Facilitator you’ll be dealing with clients, suppliers, installers, contractors and programmers to ensure the efficient resourcing and completion of projects. Your ability to multitask, strong administration/co-ordination skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships will come in handy when helping both customers and our dynamic and busy team.   Your approach to work is more important than technical skills or project management experience. We're looking for someone that is:
  • customer-focused – you’ll be tasked with ensuring our clients are kept up-to-date and happy
  • organised – you’ll be tasked with overseeing projects from start to finish, so attention to detail, the ability to multitask and meet deadlines is crucial
  • a great communicator – you’ll be dealing with customers and suppliers, co-ordinating jobs and working closely with our sales and installation teams. Therefore, strong people and reporting skills is essential.
  • an enthusiastic team player – you’ll need to be flexible and adaptable with the desire to help others however you can
  • a problem solver – you’ll need to be creative, methodical, and resourceful. A can-do attitude and the ability to get things done is a must.
  • positive and personable – you’ll need to be friendly and maintain a positive outlook even when things get busy
    You must have a full, clean Drivers License and be fully vaccinated.

We're looking for an experienced AV Technician to join our Wellington Installation team. Installation spaces include auditoriums and theatres, break out areas/huddle spaces, conference rooms, control rooms, lecture halls, meeting and boardrooms, and training rooms across a wide variety of industries. You'll be assigned to projects and be responsible for delivering a high-standard of workmanship and on-time completion. You'll also have opportunities for professional development. You must have a full, clean Drivers License and be fully vaccinated. Industry certifications will be a bonus, but are not essential.
