In 2016, TenFour were engaged by Meredith Connell to complete an audio visual fit-out at their Graham Street office. Project scope included the boardroom; client meet area; a couple of small and large size meeting rooms; a training room and also 29 collaboration rooms with 32” Panels used for Skype or Lync based meeting.
The project involved supply and installation of an 80” LCD Screen in the boardroom with a Sony Camera used for Skype based meeting. Users are able to presentation either through the connection plate provided in the front of the rooms or through the HDMI Microsoft Dongle that is integrated into the AV system. The user is able to connect wirelessly to the Microsoft dongle and do their presentation or Lync Call. The entire boardroom is switched, controlled and integrated by a Crestron DMPS3-4K-300C, located in the server room. The user interface is a Crestron Wall mounted touch Panel TSW-752W, that is programmed to control all the AV hardware in the room including the lighting.
Skype for Business meetings are conducted using the Sony Camera mounted below the 80” LCD screen and eight wireless revolabs table top mics and ceiling mounted speakers. This allows users to do video calls from anywhere in the room with uniform coverage of mic and far end Audio through distributed uniformly spread ceiling speakers.
The Boardroom is designed to be integrated and can be joined easily with the client meet area. Installed in the client meet area is a motorised screen with the ceiling mounted projector, ceiling speakers for program audio and control button panel which allows users to use the space independently or combined with the boardroom when required for big presentations or events.
All the other meeting rooms and training room includes similar audio and video hardware thus allowing the user ease of use and premium audio visual output.
TenFour continue to work closely with Meredith Connell. Integrating blind control in training rooms and completing smaller projects in their Wellington office.
