A mix of rooms types were fitted-out including; collaboration spaces, meeting, staff and multi-purpose rooms. All spaces are equipped for Zoom PC conferencing and controlled via Crestron using a straight-forward user interface.
Room booking is managed via 7” Crestron touch screens outside each meeting space. Informing staff of the rooms availability and allowing for on the spot booking for impromptu catch-ups. An invaluable productivity tool for organisations with multiple conference and meeting spaces, Crestron’s enterprise room scheduling platform is scalable and can work with other popular programs such as Office 365 and G Suite.
In total, eight spaces were installed on one level. With standardised equipment and a familiar user interface throughout, staff can conduct meetings efficiently and confidently no matter the location.
