With a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach to client service and business, Deloitte needed a technology solution to match. One that removed physical and virtual barriers, allowing them to freely engage with each other as well as a network of partners and clients worldwide.
A combination of hub, meeting and boardroom spaces were designed using Crestron control with full video conference UI integration.
Meeting rooms are equipped with Polycom video conferencing and controlled via Crestron using a straightforward user interface. Users can connect laptops and compatible devices wirelessly or via Table-top box, catch-up in person or communicate and share content over VC easily. The larger boardroom spaces can also be expanded for added flexibility with room joining functionality.
A bespoke video wall welcomes visitors at reception. Creating a nice brand experience for customers and staff alike.
TenFour have since completed technology upgrades to Deloitte offices in Auckland and Rotorua, Hamilton and Christchurch.
