In 2009 I became a co-owner and a Director, and have worked hard with the team to establish ourselves as a technology leader and innovator and not just an audio visual company. In the process, our brand grew through word of mouth and on the back of several successful high profile projects.
In 2017, I became the sole director, and have loved the challenge that our ever changing technology environment provides. The industry is fantastic to be a part of. In my role I love being at the forefront of account engagement and overseeing the sales team, while also ensuring strategies are in place to grow the people as well as the business.
The Icehouse Owner Manager Programme I attended in 2017, showed me that building a great team, persistence, hard work and having great clients are all keys to allow our business to go from good to great.
Outside of the office I regularly compete in running events. I balance this with family time with my partner Clare, three daughters and son who keep me grounded and also help me grow as a person.

I was instrumental in the development of the first managed IP video network in Australia and New Zealand in 2000, a service that was nationally and internationally recognised, including TUANZ Project of the Year, Education project of the year in 2001 and Winner of AIMIA 2003. I was awarded the TUANZ Network person of the year award in 2003 for his work on this project.
In 2012 I co-founded Smartpresence where we continued to provide focused customer solutions backed up by an industry leading support and managed services team. We were recognised by Polycom with the ANZ Excellence in Industry Award in 2015 and 2016, System Integrator of the year for 2018 and also awarded complex Project of the year in 2018 by Ingram.
At TENFOUR, our aim is to exceed customers’ expectations in our solutions, service delivery and capability through partnership.
Outside of work I enjoy being on the water, at the beach and attending sporting events.

After 12 successful years abroad in the sport and recreation arena in the United States, I have transitioned into a varied role with TenFour. My responsibilities cover financial reporting, monthly account implementation and reconciliation, process evaluation, implementation and administration as well as aspects of sales support and project management.

Since joining the team in 2014, I’ve been instrumental in streamlining our internal systems and processes and maintain an active role overseeing our delivery and administration teams.
I am a highly motivated, energetic person who sets high standards and will work relentlessly to achieve my goals. I have a passion for sport and recreation. I have competed at and continue to coach at the highest levels in my chosen sport of water polo. I am also busy completing my MBA through the University of Otago.

My first involvement with the AV industry was in 1997, when I was offered a role as an account manager, and during this time I have seen it evolve considerably. While the complexity and capability of technology has changed vastly the end users requirements have remained the same, simplicity and reliability. I have always maintained a strong emphasis on business development and building relationships with both existing and new clients. This helps me foster a partnered approach to ensure a clear, transparent line of communication to line up expectations and deliver the desired outcome.
I joined the Videopro team in 2011 and during this time have had the opportunity to work with some extremely talented people in Account management, Design, Installation and Programming. This has given me the ability to gain practical knowledge through involvement in many high end audio visual solutions. I have been extremely fortunate to be a part of some exciting projects for NZ Police, IBM, NZTA, Todd Corporation to name a few.

I have been in the tech sector for my entire career. Starting with the RNZAF and moving into the audio visual sector in the UK and Europe. After ten years there I returned to NZ in 2009 where I began working at with TenFour and focusing on digital signage and IPTV sales.

Since then TenFour has developed into one of Australasia’s leading digital signage distributors and solutions providers and our product portfolio of distributed products has expanded from Onelan to Reserva, Encoded Media, Quividi and Seada.
I enjoy working closely with partners and clients to deliver effective, intuitive and market leading solutions. Understanding client’s needs, solving problems with technology and improving their ability to communicate to staff and customers is my focus.
When I’m not at work I will be with my family, generally playing with my daughter and son, gardening and occasionally gaming.

I joined TenFour in October 2017 as Sales Account Manager where I currently work on system solutions for NZ Police, Air New Zealand, various education institutes and corporate customers.

My career started off in 2002 in the IT industry where I was actively involved in retail point of sale system support, equipment installation and project coordination.
In 2012 I stepped into the exciting world of Audio Visual which complimented my IT background and where I gained extensive knowledge in MATV, IPTV, CCTV, Biometric Access control, Digital Signage and Audio. I was involved fully in Account and Project management and was responsible to manage one of the main key accounts. I provided AV solutions and designs for over 30 new health clubs across Southern Africa and neighbouring countries between 2013 till end of 2016.
In 2017, my wife, two little daughters and I made the big move to “the land of the long white cloud” New Zealand.
I joined TenFour in October 2017 as Sales Account Manager where I currently work on system solutions for NZ Police, Air New Zealand, various education institutes and corporate customers.
In my spare time I enjoy exploring this beautiful Island and spending time with my family.

After completing my honours thesis in surround sound for film (2005 Southern Cross University, AUS) I spent time travelling the world and working in various roles within Australia. In 2009 I was introduced to the commercial audio-visual industry and have not looked back.

After nearly a decade as an audio system specialist and control system programmer I have spent the last 2 years working as the Manager of Professional Services for a large integration company in Australia.
2019 has seen the birth of my second son and a move across the ditch to help TenFour grow their internal technical capability.
I am focussed on providing first experiences for our clients and driven to improve internal best practice and innovation.
Outside work I am kept busy wrangling 2 boys under 2.5 yrs old but very keen to experience all that our new home has to offer, be that in the city, on the slopes or anywhere in between.

Based in Wellington, I am a key figure in our delivery team, regularly managing the onsite delivery and commissioning of large projects nationwide. I am a talented and experienced Installer and senior rack builder with over 16 years’ industry experience.

I started in AV as a live sound and presentation technician in 2001 and moved into an installation role with TenFour on my return from Europe in 2010.
As project lead, I have been instrumental in the success of many high-profile TenFour installations, including New Zealand Police NCCC and DCC sites, New Zealand Fire Service, Ministry of Social Development and Transpower.
I am TenFour’s most experienced Crestron Installer and am a qualified Crestron Digital Media Designer/Engineer and DSP Certified.

Successful projects I have been involved in are: ACC, Fire and Emergency NZ, EECA, ESR, SCION, Abano Health, Vivid Solutions (which include Northern region Health Boards: ADHB, CMDHB, NDHB, Waitemata DHB).
In 2012 I started working at Smartpresence where we focused on customer satisfaction and added to the customer experience by wrapping UC with enhanced AV solutions to deliver a high quality, durable bespoke solutions.
Some of these services we offered further extended to a Managed service model where we would run & maintain the solution, on behalf of the customer to ensure a “always ON and ready” technology experience.
As a Polycom Certified Video Engineer (PCVE) with Cisco networking experience, I am able support UC Solutions and the surrounding technology.
In my free time I am a keen motorcyclist who enjoys anytime on 2 wheels. That time does get shared with my wife & daughter enjoying the outdoor life including Mountain biking and tramping.

Based in Wellington, I am a key figure in our support team, providing technical after-sales support to our customers under service level agreement and on an adhoc basis.
I worked in AV rentals prior to joining TenFour in 2013 and have over 10 years’ industry experience. My responsibilities include drafting support agreements, providing remote technical support via Crestron Fusion, fault diagnosis, and the routine and preventative maintenance of hardware.
I manage high-level support contracts for key TenFour installations at Transpower, Kiwibank and Ministry of Social Development. I am a Crestron DM 4K Engineer as well as NVX Design and Networking certified and also provide remote support to several OneLAN digital signage networks via DSM.

Originally from the UK, I left home in 2016 and have since lived and worked in several countries spanning across Asia and Australasia, gaining some wonderful experiences (not to mention a sun tan), before finally settling here in Wellington. I bring with me previous experience in various coordinator and administrative roles, along with a Bachelor Degree in Music Technology.
